You Communicate With Your Ears

You love conversations, both as a listener and a talker.
What people say is important to you, and you're often most affected by words, not actions.
You love to hear complements from others. And when you're upset, you often talk to yourself.
Music is very important to you. It's difficult to find you without your iPod.
Earlier today I was talking to dear Bain, and I happened to mention, when she called me a geek, that anonline blog survey had told me that I wasn't really a geek. She preceded to laugh and mock me, cause apparently using internet surveys makes me a huge dork! I think I need a support group to get me to stop using these stupid surveys. I'm sure I try a few a couple of times a day.
Okay so the other day I watched this awesome German film, "Nakt" or "Naked". It was very much a dark (duh german) intropective on relationships and whether or not we really "see" the people we love. I would say check it out....
Here are some thoughts that came into my head as I watched the movie...
This line was said in the movie and it spoke to me, "It's okay to have distance, and not be afraid to go our own way...we just have to come together in the end."
Also, the movie questioned whether a person could recognize the body of their lover with their eyes closed. I just thought it was interesting, for despite recognizing someone by touch, there are so many other senses that reveal to us that which we wish to perceive. So my deep thought was, "I can see you with my eyes closed".
Also with the thought of distance, by being separated by even just a blindfold, this deep thought arose...
"Are you here because someone who you thought you had, left you...for a just a moment."
In the movie, when all was lost and they thought they had not recognized each other, they seemed to grasp to get closer to that person again, to simply prove that they never meant to leave them...hmmm.
The same night I also watched "The Libertine" with Johnny Depp. His character at one point has a line that so describes the eccentricities of my thought processes!
"I have to speak my mind, because what is in my mind, is more interesting than what is happening in the world outside my mind."
Monkeys anyone?

You Are Corona

You don't drink for the love of beer. You drink to get drunk.
You prefer a very light, very smooth beer. A beer that's hardly a beer at all.
And while you make not like the taste of beer, you like the feeling of being drunk.
You drink early and often. Sometimes with friends. Sometimes alone. All the party needs is you!
I love these things. They get me so well I don't even need to write in this damn thing anymore! This weekend I will get drunk, because drunk is fun, and yeah I will drink light beer that does not make me gassy and allows me to drink more and more!
